Anything ordered through Try Before You Buy are yours to try for 14 days after delivery (just pay for shipping).

If you don’t return your products within 14 days of delivery, we’ll know they’re a fit for you and we’ll charge your card for the full price of the products you keep. If your products aren’t working out, you can return or exchange them for free within the 14-day period following your delivery date.

You wont be charged for items that you return within the 14-day trial period after your delivery date. Any items returned outside of the trial period are no longer eligible for a refund.

All customers will be charged for the non-refundable shipping fee immediately after placing the order. You may also be subject to a temporary preauthorization which is a minor refundable charge used to authenticate your card.

You will then have 14 days from the date of delivery to try the product(s) for free.

If you decide to keep the product(s), you will be charged the full price of the product(s) you keep at the end of the 14-day trial period.

If you return the product within the 14-day trial, you will not pay for the cost of the returned products.

Try Before You Buy orders must be returned or exchanged within 14-days of the order delivery date to avoid being charged. Returns after 14-days from delivery are not eligible for refund.

We will process your return and cancel your Try Before You Buy order for the returned products. You will not be charged the price of the products you return.

You can return your Try Before You Buy products any time within your 14 day trial. The trial date begins on the date of your delivery.

You will be charged a flat non refundable shipping rate when placing your order.

We ship from multiple warehouses around the world depending on where you live. We primarily ship from our fulfillment center in California. We process your order and ship within two (2) days.

Unfortunately Try Before You Buy orders cannot be combined with regular orders. If you would like to make other purchases please do so in a separate order.
